C-CAR066

C-CAR066 is a novel, fully human, autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy that targets the CD20 antigen. CD20 is a B-cell specific cell surface phosphoprotein expressed in B-cell lineage malignancies and certain melanoma subpopulations. Upon administration, C-CAR066 recognizes and kills CD20-expressing tumor cells. It has been developed primarily for patients with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL), especially those who have failed prior anti-CD19 CAR-T therapies. In clinical studies, including first-in-human phase 1 trials in China, C-CAR066 demonstrated a manageable safety profile and promising efficacy with high overall response rates and durable responses in heavily pretreated populations[1][2][3][5][6]. The product is manufactured using an automated serum-free process.
