This combination is explored in trials (e.g., NCT05260957, NCT2022-06935) aiming to improve outcomes for patients with relapsed/refractory aggressive B-cell lymphomas, including those who have failed prior therapies. Each drug targets different mechanisms in B-cell malignancy: CAR-T for direct cell-mediated cytotoxicity, mosunetuzumab for T-cell recruitment, and polatuzumab vedotin for targeted delivery of cytotoxic payloads.[5][7]
