Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CART-19 and 20 cells** is an investigational dual-target chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy developed by Henan Cancer Hospital for relapsed or refractory CD19-positive/CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The product is designed to direct engineered T cells against both CD19 and CD20 on malignant B cells, promoting CAR-mediated T-cell activation and cytotoxic elimination of antigen-expressing lymphoma cells. It is being evaluated following cyclophosphamide and fludarabine lymphodepleting preconditioning in the registered single-group clinical study NCT06160362.
