Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CBM-CD20** is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD20, developed by Cellular Biomedicine Group for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas, particularly in patients who have progressed after CD19 CAR-T therapy. It uses patient-derived T cells engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor specific for CD20, enabling targeted killing of CD20-positive malignant B cells via T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytotoxicity. Phase IIa results showed activity in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and other advanced B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, with ongoing trials evaluating safety and efficacy in CD19 CAR-T relapsed settings.
