A combination therapy of **CC-95251** (a monoclonal antibody targeting *signal regulatory protein alpha*, or SIRPα) and **rituximab** (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody). CC-95251 disrupts the SIRPα/CD47 pathway, enabling macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of cancer cells, while rituximab targets CD20-positive B-cells, inducing cytotoxicity by complement-dependent and antibody-dependent cellular mechanisms. The combination is under investigation for enhanced anti-tumor activity and improved resistance mechanism modulation, particularly in relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma and advanced solid/hematologic cancers. The combination is being evaluated in multicenter, open-label, Phase 1 clinical trials with IV administration[1][4][7][8][9].
