Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CCM-MRX is an RNA interference (RNAi)-based therapeutic program being developed by CCM Biosciences in partnership with Chakrabarti Advanced Technology. It specifically targets the KRAS G12V mutation, a key driver in various solid tumors. The program utilizes specialized nanocarrier delivery vehicles to deliver mutant-selective RNA interference molecules directly to cancer cells. CCM-MRX is being developed alongside a companion diagnostic (CDx) suite that employs bias-free next-generation sequencing (NGS) and FADS PCR to identify patients with the specific KRAS G12V mutation. The chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) for the program are managed in partnership with PMC Group.
