CD19 + CD20 + BCMA refers to a **therapeutic combination** or a **multi-specific cell therapy approach** that targets three distinct antigens—CD19, CD20, and BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen)—all of which are commonly expressed on malignant B cells. Strategies involving simultaneous targeting of these three antigens may include the co-administration of individual CAR T cell products, bispecific or trispecific CAR T cells, or CAR T cells combined with bispecific antibodies. The rationale is to overcome tumor escape due to antigen loss and to improve disease control in B-cell malignancies and multiple myeloma. Clinical and preclinical studies show that targeting two or more B-cell antigens (such as CD19 + CD20 or CD19 + BCMA) either using bispecific or mixed CAR T cells enhances eradication of malignant cells, prevents relapse from single-epitope escape, and improves survival and response rates compared to single-target therapies. There is **no evidence** of an officially approved clinical product named "CD19 + CD20 + BCMA;" however, this nomenclature accurately reflects combination regimens, especially in investigational and experimental CAR T cell therapy settings for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphoma and multiple myeloma[2][3][6].
