Overview

Angeles Therapeutics' CD19 x CD20 x CD22 SIR-T is an investigational trispecific Synthetic Immune Receptor T-cell (SIR-T) therapy currently in IND-enabling development for B-cell malignancies. Unlike traditional Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, SIR-T cells utilize a proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor platform designed to more closely mimic natural T-cell signaling, which may enhance cell persistence and reduce functional exhaustion. By simultaneously targeting three distinct B-cell surface antigens—CD19, CD20, and CD22—this therapy is engineered to overcome antigen escape, a primary mechanism of resistance and relapse in patients treated with monospecific CAR-T therapies.
