CD19xCD20xBCMA SIR-T is an investigational multi-antigen targeting cell therapy being developed by Angeles Therapeutics. Utilizing the proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor T-cell (SIR-T) platform, this therapy is engineered to simultaneously recognize and bind to CD19, CD20, and BCMA (B-cell maturation antigen). By targeting three distinct antigens, the therapy aims to reduce the risk of antigen escape, a common cause of relapse in single-target CAR-T therapies. The SIR-T platform is designed to provide superior T-cell persistence and efficacy compared to traditional CAR-T designs. It is intended for the treatment of B-cell malignancies and multiple myeloma and is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
