cd20-targeting inkt cells

CD20-targeting iNKT cells are engineered invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cells that express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting the CD20 antigen found on B cell surfaces. These modified immune cells are designed to recognize and eliminate CD20-positive tumor or pathogenic B cells. The therapy involves ex vivo expansion and genetic modification of patient-derived or donor-derived iNKT cells, followed by intravenous infusion as part of a treatment regimen for malignancies such as B cell lymphomas[1][2]. Each treatment cycle typically includes multiple infusions over several weeks.
