CD20 TriTAC-XR

CD20 TriTAC-XR is a preclinical trispecific T cell engager developed by Harpoon Therapeutics using the TriTAC-XR (Extended Release) platform. It is designed as an inactive prodrug that undergoes slow systemic activation via protease cleavage of a peptide mask. The molecule targets CD20 on B cells and CD3ε on T cells to induce T-cell mediated cytotoxicity, while also binding to human serum albumin to extend its circulatory half-life. This XR formulation aims to mitigate cytokine release syndrome (CRS) by controlling the rate of active drug exposure. It is primarily being investigated for hematologic malignancies and potentially B-cell mediated autoimmune diseases.
