Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CIB-350 is a preclinical-stage *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Cellinfinity BIO for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies that require complex and costly manufacturing involving the extraction and external modification of patient cells, CIB-350 is designed to engineer T cells directly within the patient's body. The program leverages uBriGene Biosciences' LVV Turbo™ lentiviral vector platform to facilitate efficient gene delivery and reduce manufacturing overhead. By targeting B-cell related cancers and autoimmune conditions, CIB-350 aims to provide a more scalable and accessible alternative to current cell-based immunotherapies.
