CIB in vivo CAR-T Lentiviral Injection is an experimental gene therapy designed to generate Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cells directly within a patient's body (*in vivo*). Developed by the Cancer Institute and Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, this approach utilizes a lentiviral vector administered via intravenous infusion. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies, which require complex cell harvesting and laboratory modification, this *in vivo* method aims to simplify the process by delivering the genetic instructions for the CAR directly to the patient's immune cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors.
