Overview

CJRB-101 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of CJRB-101, a live biotherapeutic product, and pembrolizumab, an immune checkpoint inhibitor. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of advanced or metastatic cancers. CJRB-101 appears to work through TLR4-dependent stimulation of key immune cell populations (macrophages, CD8+ T cells, neutrophils), while pembrolizumab is a PD-1 inhibitor. The combination aims to address the unmet medical needs of low response rates and refractoriness to immune checkpoint inhibitors in certain cancer populations.
