Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CM355 is a novel bispecific monoclonal antibody and T-cell engager that targets both the tumor-associated antigen CD20 on B cells and the CD3 antigen on T cells. By binding to these two targets, CM355 redirects and activates T cells to eradicate tumor cells through T-cell Directed Cellular Cytotoxicity (TDCC). It is being developed for the treatment of CD20-positive B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphomas such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). The drug is being developed by a joint venture between InnoCare Pharma and Keymed Biosciences[1][2][3][4][5][6].
