Overview

CND319 is a trispecific antibody developed by Candid Therapeutics. It is designed to simultaneously target CD19 and CD20 antigens on B-cell subtypes and engage CD3 on T cells. The drug acts as a modulator of these targets, aiming to deplete or modulate B cells implicated in autoimmune diseases by recruiting T cell-mediated cytotoxicity against B cells expressing both CD19 and CD20. As of June 2025, it is in preclinical development for autoimmune diseases[1][2][3][4].
