Overview

**coprelotamab + capecitabine** is a combination regimen of coprelotamab (a bispecific monoclonal antibody, also known as a CD20xCD3 bispecific T cell engager) and capecitabine (an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil), used in investigational settings for cancer therapy. Coprelotamab is designed to redirect and activate T cells to target CD20-expressing tumor cells, resulting in immune-mediated cytotoxicity. Capecitabine is a tumor-selective antimetabolite that is metabolized to 5-fluorouracil in tumor tissue, thereby inhibiting DNA synthesis (via thymidylate synthase inhibition) and interfering with RNA function. The combination is under investigation for potential synergistic antitumor activity in hematologic or solid tumors.
