cosibelimab + ublituximab + bendamustine

This is a combination therapy consisting of three agents: cosibelimab, ublituximab, and bendamustine. Cosibelimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Ublituximab is a glycoengineered anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody that targets CD20 antigen on B lymphocytes, leading to cell lysis through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity. Bendamustine is an alkylating agent with both alkylator and antimetabolite properties; it induces cell death via apoptotic and non-apoptotic pathways by causing DNA crosslinking and disruption of DNA repair mechanisms. This combination has been investigated in clinical trials for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma[1][2][6][8].
