CQ-0736 is a preclinical, first-in-class polysaccharide-based dual-drug conjugate developed by Santolecan Pharmaceuticals for RAS-driven cancers. The single covalent construct uses a 100 kDa dextran backbone grafted with docetaxel and gamma-linolenic acid, designed to exploit elevated macropinocytosis in RAS-driven tumor cells for preferential intracellular delivery and accumulation. Its docetaxel payload is expected to disrupt microtubule dynamics, while the macropinocytosis-directed delivery strategy is intended to increase tumor selectivity and reduce systemic toxicity. Preclinical xenograft studies reported substantial antitumor activity in models of KRAS-mutant and KRAS-wild-type tumors, including pancreatic and lung tumors.
