Crizotinib + ipilimumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of two distinct agents used in oncology. Crizotinib is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), ROS1, and MET tyrosine kinases.
