Overview

CRPKVA11 is a T-cell receptor (TCR) bispecific antibody developed by Corregene Biotechnology for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically colorectal and pancreatic cancers. It is designed as a soluble TCR-based bispecific engager that simultaneously binds to the KRAS G12V-derived peptide/Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) on the surface of tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells. This dual binding recruits and activates cytotoxic T cells to directly target and eliminate KRAS G12V-mutant cancer cells. By utilizing a TCR-based recognition mechanism, CRPKVA11 is able to target intracellular oncogenic proteins that are processed and presented as peptides on MHC, an area typically inaccessible to standard monoclonal antibodies.
