CT1182 is an experimental *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Carsgen Therapeutics for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r B-NHL). Utilizing the proprietary Carvivo™ platform, CT1182 consists of a redirected lentiviral vector that directly targets and transduces T cells within the patient's body following intravenous infusion, bypassing the need for complex *ex vivo* manufacturing. The vector features an optimized mutant engineered vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) envelope and surface-loaded CD3-targeting molecules to ensure specific T-cell transduction. Once generated *in vivo*, the functional CAR-T cells simultaneously target CD19 and CD20 antigens on tumor cells to achieve specific targeted killing and reduce the risk of antigen escape.
