CTA-001

CTA-001 is an autologous Armed-T cell therapy being developed by CytoArm, in collaboration with SL-LINK, for the treatment of B-cell leukemia. Unlike traditional CAR-T cell therapies that rely on genetic modification via viral vectors, CTA-001 utilizes CytoArm's proprietary Armed-T™ technology to attach CD19-targeting molecules directly to the surface of patient-derived T cells. This non-genetic approach is designed to reduce safety risks associated with genomic integration and simplify the manufacturing process, which takes approximately 10 days. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that CTA-001 can effectively target and eliminate CD19-positive B-cell leukemia cells with high specificity and no evidence of recurrence in animal models.
