Overview
CVXL-0255 (also known as CPh-1012) is a small molecule, mixed and selective Type II kinase inhibitor targeting Spleen Tyrosine Kinase (SYK), Janus Kinase 3 (JAK3), and Tyrosine Kinase 2 (TYK2). Developed by CleveXel Pharma, it is designed to treat various immuno-inflammatory diseases by modulating multiple signaling pathways. The drug has demonstrated oral efficacy in canine models of atopic dermatitis and is being explored for human indications including atopic dermatitis, asthma (potentially via inhalation), and rheumatoid arthritis. As a Type II inhibitor, it is intended to offer a superior safety profile compared to traditional Type I inhibitors.
