dexamethasone + prednisone + rituximab

A combination therapy regimen consisting of the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody rituximab and two corticosteroids (dexamethasone and prednisone). This combination has been studied primarily for treating immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), particularly in refractory cases. The regimen typically involves rituximab administration (often weekly doses) combined with pulse dexamethasone and daily low-dose prednisone as maintenance therapy.
