Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DMSB01 is an injectable, biodegradable liquid dermal filler composed of poly d-l-lactic acid (PDLLA) with a methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) initiator. Developed to overcome the limitations of traditional polymer fillers, such as slow reconstruction and particle agglomeration, DMSB01 exhibits rapid gelation (within 5 minutes at body temperature) and high dispersion stability. Its mechanism of action involves the induction of M2 macrophages and the upregulation of Transforming Growth Factor beta (TGF-β), which stimulates the synthesis of Type I and Type III collagen. This process facilitates soft tissue volume restoration and the improvement of wrinkles, specifically targeting indications such as Crow's Feet lines and general skin photoaging.
