Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DNB-101 is an mRNA-based bispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager being developed by De Novo Biotherapeutics for the treatment of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The therapeutic candidate utilizes mRNA technology to express a bispecific antibody designed to simultaneously target CD20 on malignant B cells and activate NK cells, promoting the immunological destruction of CD20-positive tumor cells. Currently, DNB-101 is in the lead optimization stage of preclinical development.
