DNX-2000

DNX-2000 is a small molecule spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) inhibitor being developed by Dynamix Pharmaceuticals in collaboration with Teva Pharmaceuticals. It is designed as a type II selective kinase inhibitor using Dynamix's proprietary DynamixFit technology platform. SYK is a non-receptor cytoplasmic tyrosine kinase that plays a critical role in signaling pathways of various immune receptors, including B-cell receptors and Fc receptors. By inhibiting SYK, DNX-2000 aims to modulate immune responses involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune disorders. The program is currently in the early stages of development, listed as being in the discovery or preclinical phase.
