**Duvelisib + rituximab** is a combination therapy being investigated primarily for hematologic malignancies such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Duvelisib is an oral small molecule dual inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase delta (PI3Kδ) and gamma (PI3Kγ) isoforms, which are pivotal in the signaling pathways regulating the proliferation, survival, and trafficking of malignant lymphocytes.
