Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DXL625** is a proprietary DXL-modified anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody developed by InNexus Biotechnology using their Dynamic Cross Linking (DXL) technology to enhance antibody avidity and potency. It targets **CD20**, a protein overexpressed on cancerous B cells, inducing superior binding affinity, cytotoxicity, and apoptosis compared to Rituxan (rituximab) in preclinical studies for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). DXL625 demonstrated increased potency in animal models, including greater cancer-killing activity and target engagement without compromising safety even at 100-fold higher doses.[2][3][4][6][8][9][13]
