Overview

EB-DUALNK is an investigational dual-target chimeric antigen receptor natural killer (CAR-NK) cell therapy developed by Beijing Biotech (Biotech Pharmaceutical). It is designed for the treatment of recurrent or refractory epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal carcinoma. The therapy involves engineering natural killer cells to express CARs that simultaneously target two tumor-associated antigens, which may include GD2, MUC1, PSMA, or mesothelin. This dual-targeting approach is intended to enhance tumor recognition and mitigate antigen escape, a common mechanism of resistance in single-target cell therapies. The clinical program involves a Phase 1/2 study evaluating safety and preliminary efficacy following lymphodepleting chemotherapy.
