Overview

EB-NK-301 is an investigational, off-the-shelf allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) natural killer (NK) cell therapy designed to target TROP2-expressing solid tumors. Developed by Biotech Pharmaceutical (Beijing Biotech), the product utilizes NK cells engineered to express a CAR specific for TROP2 (Tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2), a cell surface glycoprotein overexpressed in various carcinomas including lung, breast, and gastric cancers. As an allogeneic therapy, EB-NK-301 is derived from healthy donor cells, aiming to provide a standardized, readily available treatment option that avoids the manufacturing delays and patient-specific variability associated with autologous CAR-T cell therapies. It is currently undergoing Phase 1/2 clinical evaluation to assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy in patients with advanced or metastatic TROP2-positive solid tumors.
