ELI-002 is an investigational cancer vaccine targeting cancers driven by mutations in the KRAS gene. It utilizes Amphiphile (AMP) technology and consists of AMP-modified mutant KRAS peptide antigens and an AMP-modified CpG oligodeoxynucleotide adjuvant (ELI-004). The vaccine is designed to target lymph nodes, enhancing immune cell activation and generating tumor-specific immune responses. The ELI-002 7P formulation targets seven common KRAS mutations: G12D, G12R, G12V, G12A, G12C, G12S, and G13D. Developed by Elicio Therapeutics, clinical data suggests ELI-002 induces strong mKRAS-specific T cell responses correlated with improved disease-free survival.
