Emaxitinib is an orally administered, highly selective small molecule Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) inhibitor. Developed by Ruishi Biologics, a subsidiary of Hengrui Pharmaceutical, it targets the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, which is involved in inflammatory and immune responses.
