EO2463

**EO2463** is an Enterome-developed, off-the-shelf multipeptide therapeutic cancer vaccine for indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma. It contains four synthetic microbial-derived OncoMimics peptides that are HLA-A2-restricted CD8 T-cell epitopes with molecular mimicry to B-cell antigens CD20, CD22, CD37, and BAFF receptor, plus the hTERT-derived CD4 helper peptide UCP2. EO2463 is intended to expand pre-existing memory CD8 T cells that recognize the microbial mimic peptides and cross-react with malignant B cells expressing the corresponding B-cell antigens. It is administered subcutaneously with Montanide ISA 51 VG adjuvant in the Phase 1/2 SIDNEY study, both as monotherapy and in combination schedules with lenalidomide and rituximab.
