Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This investigational chemoimmunotherapy regimen combines the CD3xCD20 bispecific T-cell engager epcoritamab with the dose-adjusted EPOCH-R (etoposide, prednisone, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and rituximab) chemotherapy backbone. It is being evaluated in clinical trials, such as the Phase II BEDROCK study (NCT07662928) and an investigator-initiated Phase II trial (NCT07097363), for the treatment of aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, including high-risk Burkitt lymphoma and high-grade B-cell lymphoma. Epcoritamab redirects T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against CD20-expressing malignant B cells, while the EPOCH-R regimen provides intensive, multi-targeted cytotoxic chemotherapy and anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody therapy to maximize tumor cytoreduction.
