Overview

This is a **five-drug combination regimen** consisting of: - **epcoritamab** (a subcutaneously administered bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells, thereby redirecting T cells to mediate cytotoxicity against CD20+ malignant B cells[4][5][6]), - **rituximab** (a chimeric anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody that mediates B cell lysis primarily through complement-dependent cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity[3]), - **ifosfamide** (an alkylating agent that interferes with DNA replication and function, resulting in cell death), - **carboplatin** (a platinum-based antineoplastic that forms DNA adducts, preventing DNA replication and transcription), - **etoposide phosphate** (a topoisomerase II inhibitor prodrug that induces DNA strand breaks during cell division). This combination is investigational for relapsed/refractory B-cell lymphomas and aggressive lymphoid malignancies. The regimen is designed to integrate targeted immunotherapy (epcoritamab and rituximab) with multi-agent chemotherapy (ifosfamide, carboplatin, etoposide), potentially enhancing anti-tumor efficacy in high-risk, refractory disease.
