ERAS-4001 + panitumumab

ERAS-4001 + panitumumab is a combination regimen under investigation for the treatment of KRAS-mutant solid tumors, especially colorectal cancer. ERAS-4001 is an oral, highly potent, and selective small molecule inhibitor that targets both wildtype and mutant forms of KRAS, but spares other RAS isoforms (HRAS and NRAS), providing a more favorable therapeutic window compared to broad pan-RAS inhibitors.
