Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ERI-0035 is an allogeneic, universal CAR-T cell therapy being developed by Novatium in collaboration with Factor Bioscience. It is engineered to simultaneously target CD5 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). This dual-targeting approach is designed to treat high-risk multiple myeloma (HrML) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by eliminating malignant plasma cells and autoreactive B-cell populations. As an allogeneic 'universal' therapy, it is derived from healthy donor cells rather than the patient's own, potentially allowing for off-the-shelf availability. The program is currently in the discovery to preclinical stages of development.
