Overview

ETX-929 is a small-molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor being developed by ENSEM Therapeutics. It is designed to target a broad spectrum of KRAS mutations, specifically including G12X, G13X, and Q61H variants, as well as KRAS wildtype amplified tumors. By inhibiting the active state of the KRAS protein, ETX-929 aims to disrupt oncogenic signaling pathways, such as the MAPK/ERK pathway, which drive tumor growth and survival. This pan-KRAS approach is intended to provide a therapeutic option for patients with various KRAS-driven solid tumors, including those not addressed by current allele-specific inhibitors (such as G12C-specific agents).
