Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EV104b is a preclinical new chemical entity developed by Enveric Biosciences using technology licensed from Diverse Biotech. It is a covalent conjugate of cannabidiol and celecoxib intended for osteoarthritis and other pain indications. The program was designed to improve pharmacokinetics, delivery, therapeutic synergy, tolerability, and long-term efficacy relative to existing pain therapies; Enveric reported that in vitro characterization was underway and that the EV104 conjugates were covered by a provisional United States patent application for inflammatory medical conditions.
