**EVOLVE-105** is a trispecific T cell engager biotherapeutic targeting **CD20** on malignant B cells, with integrated affinity-tuned **CD3** and a **CD2 co-stimulatory agonist**[1][3][5][7]. The molecule is designed for immunotherapy of B cell malignancies and aims to provide potent, durable anti-tumor activity with superior tolerability, particularly reduced cytokine release compared to CD20xCD3 bispecific antibodies.
