Overview

EX103 is a novel bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD3, designed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). It is engineered to have high affinity for CD20 and low affinity for CD3, aiming to reduce cytokine release syndrome (CRS), a common adverse effect associated with this class. EX103 induces T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against B lymphoma cells and has demonstrated potent in vitro activity against CD20-positive tumor cell lines. In preclinical models, it showed effective tumor inhibition with lower interleukin-6 release compared to other agents. Early-phase clinical trials indicate favorable safety and promising antitumor activity in heavily pretreated patients, including those who failed prior CAR-T therapy[1][2][3][5][7].
