Drug intelligence / Profile preview
EZ-LNP is an ionizable lipid-based nanoparticle (LNP) platform developed by OriGene Technology and Allele Biotechnology for the delivery of genetic materials, including mRNA and plasmid DNA. Designed for instrument-free assembly, it aims to bridge the gap between in vitro screening and in vivo gene therapy development. The formulation demonstrates high transfection efficiency in both 2D cell cultures and 3D organoid models (such as iPSC-derived mini-organs) as well as robust expression in vivo with low reactogenicity. It is intended to support New Alternative Methodologies (NAM) by providing a unified workflow from early-phase research to preclinical testing.
