Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FL762 is a small molecule being developed by Canget BioTekpharma as a back-up compound to their lead candidate, FL118. It is specifically positioned for the treatment of prostate cancer. Like FL118, FL762 is designed to target and inhibit multiple anti-apoptotic proteins and oncogenic factors, including DDX5 (p68), survivin, Mcl-1, XIAP, and cIAP2, as well as mutant Kras (mKras). By simultaneously downregulating these key survival and resistance factors, FL762 aims to overcome drug resistance and induce apoptosis in cancer cells. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
