Overview

FL7724 is a small molecule antineoplastic agent being developed by Canget BioTekpharma as a back-up compound for their lead candidate, FL118. It is designed to target the DEAD-box helicase 5 (DDX5/p68) and several key anti-apoptotic proteins, including survivin, Mcl-1, XIAP, and cIAP2, as well as mutant KRAS. By inhibiting these multiple pathways, FL7724 aims to overcome resistance mechanisms in solid tumors, with a primary focus on pancreatic cancer. The drug is currently in the preclinical stage of development and shares the same target profile as the FL118 platform.
