Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FL926 is a small molecule therapeutic being developed by Canget BioTekpharma as a back-up compound to their lead candidate, FL118. It is designed to target the DDX5 (p68) protein and multiple anti-apoptotic proteins, including survivin, Mcl-1, XIAP, and cIAP2, as well as mutant Kras (mKras). By inhibiting these key survival and oncogenic drivers, FL926 aims to overcome drug resistance and inhibit tumor growth in colorectal cancer. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development, sharing the same target profile as FL118 but specifically positioned as a back-up asset for colorectal cancer indications.
