Overview

FuZhengXiaoJi Decoction is a multi-component traditional Chinese herbal formula investigated for its anti-tumor properties. It has been applied in the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and primary liver cancer (PLC). Its mechanism of action involves the modulation of various signaling pathways, including the PI3K/AKT, ERK/MAPK, and JAK1/STAT3/PD-L1 pathways. The decoction influences the expression of key proteins such as AKT1, TP53, and STAT3, and has been shown to attenuate glutathione metabolism. Furthermore, it may play a role in alleviating multidrug resistance in cancer cells by affecting proteins like Multidrug resistance protein 1 and P-glycoprotein. The formula consists of a combination of traditional Chinese medicines, with active compounds potentially including flavonoids, triterpenoids, quercetin, and oleanolic acid.
