Overview

A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of gemcitabine (a nucleoside analog), vinorelbine (a vinca alkaloid), liposomal doxorubicin (an anthracycline in a liposomal formulation), and rituximab (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody). This regimen is primarily used as a salvage therapy for patients with relapsed or refractory lymphomas, particularly non-Hodgkin lymphoma and Hodgkin's lymphoma. The typical dosing regimen varies, but often includes Gemcitabine (800-1000 mg/m²), Vinorelbine (20-25 mg/m²), Liposomal Doxorubicin (15 mg/m²), and Rituximab (375 mg/m²), administered in cycles.
