Overview

GEN3009 + epcoritamab is a **combination therapy** under investigation primarily for the treatment of relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma. GEN3009 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed to target specific B-cell antigens, while epcoritamab (marketed as Epkinly, also known as epcoritamab-bysp) is a bispecific CD20-directed and CD3-directed T-cell engager monoclonal antibody that brings T cells into proximity with CD20+ B cells, inducing cytotoxic activity. The combination leverages dual immune targeting for enhanced anti-tumor activity in B-cell malignancies. Epcoritamab is administered subcutaneously and has demonstrated significant clinical activity in phase 3 studies, including high overall response rates and progression-free survival in follicular lymphoma. Epcoritamab is developed using Genmab’s DuoBody technology and is already approved as a monotherapy for certain B-cell lymphomas; the combination with GEN3009 represents a novel dual bispecific strategy.
